Introduction
“ETI” , located in Korea, is an original inventor of Roller Barrier Guarrail System that is one of the most innovative road crash barriers ever made. Since year 2006, Roller Barrier Guardrail System has been tested to MASH TL4 with FHWA, USA approval and tested to EN1317 H2 with CE, E.U certification.

Roller Barrier System that has been tested to MASH TL3, TL4 of AASHTO and EN1317 H1, H2 of CE, is significantly able to minimize a no. of vehicle accidents and tremendously reduce victims of vehicle collision to road barriers by converting shock energy of collided vehicles to rotational energy with rotating rollers made of chemical compounds.
